Who We Are

Colorado members of IRIS® (Interior Redesign & Staging Industry Specialists) formed the Denver/Mountain Area chapter in 2007.

All members run their own successful interior redesign and/or home staging business throughout Colorado - including metro Denver, several Mountain communities, and along the Front Range. The chapter was formed for members to network, collaborate, establish a list of local resources beneficial to our businesses, and most importantly, to engage in ongoing education on a local level.

What We Do

Simply put - we transform spaces! We work with homeowners, home sellers and Realtors. The main services we provide are home staging and interior redesign, as defined below. Some members may offer additional services such as consultations (design, color, staging), organizing, shopping, and holiday decorating.

Home Staging

Home staging (or real estate staging) makes homes feel more spacious and inviting by using proper furniture placement, strategically placed accessories and the elimination of clutter, and makes homes more marketable by emphasizing the best features. A well presented property is often perceived as being a well maintained property and buyers are less likely to discount their offer for repairs and improvements, thus staging helps obtain the best possible selling price. Interior Redesign

Give your home a fresh and inviting new look without buying anything new! Whether your furnishings are old or new, you have a little or a lot, all one style, or an eclectic mix, redesigning is a unique process that will transform any room in your home. A redesigner will 'shop' your home and find forgotten treasures that reflect your style. They may also re-hang artwork in a gallery style to provide a show home look.

About IRIS

Formed in 1999, IRIS (Interior Redesign & Staging Industry Specialists) sets the industry standards with regard to the highest standards of certification training and specific criteria for membership.

IRIS trained members are expertly equipped to utilize their wide range of skills, design talent and professional training to provide the highest level of interior redesign, home staging and decorating services for residential and commercial clients.

As the oldest non-profit and volunteer driven redesign and staging organization in the nation, IRIS continues to be a significant force in both industries.
